Kenny Barron and Chico Hamilton
Two legends of the jazz world in one show!
First, pianist Kenny Barron talks about performing with the likes of Dizzy Gillespie, Lee Morgan, and Freddie Hubbard, and his new CD, The Traveller. Kenny will be performing at the Village Vanguard this Tuesday through Sunday, August 26 - 31.
Then drummer Chico Hamilton visits. He has several recent releases, including, this year, Alternative Dimensions of El Chico and It's About Time. Chico will be performing with Euphoria on Tuesday, August 26 at Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola.
